What a great experience!
My husband and I recently listed and sold our single family home in Mansfield with Sarah. When I initially reached out to her, we were only just exploring our options if we were to sell. Needless to say, she was very responsive and when we did decide to list months later (at only a few weeks notice to her!) she was able to get our home professionally photographed, the listing up, and had a successful condensed weekend of open houses and private showings (such a relief for us given the COVID circumstances). We had many offers to choose from well over asking only a week after the listing posted on MLS, and the closing process went off without a hitch, thanks to Sarah! We’re currently working with her again on our new home purchase, and she is just as responsive and professional. Buying or selling a home is such a huge financial decision that often comes with lots of stress, but having the right team to work with makes it so much easier! I only wish we had worked with Sarah for our first home purchase as first time homebuyers...lesson learned!
