We worked with Sarah to sell our home in spring of 2022 as the housing market was beginning to change due to rising interest rates and other factors. Our home was unique in style and location with very few comparable properties. Sarah came well prepared with analysis to support the listing price. She also learned about us and every element of our property and developed a series of tools and information that told the story of our home to potential buyers. She and we knew it was going to take a specific buyer and she did the work to find them and communicated regularly. If you're selling or buying a home, CALL SARAH!!! Sarah was wonderful! She is always a step or more ahead making sure everything is aligned and addressed efficiently. The photographer she provided was top notch!! Sarah guided us how to prep the home and she added touches like QR codes for countertops, appliances, etc.to provide buyers as much information as possible. She anticipates buyers' questions and makes sure you have answers. Sarah set us up for success and successful we were! Her communication and expert advice were stellar throughout the whole process!
