Being a retired Associate Broker for the largest real estate office in upstate Capital Region and former Instructor for Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, my expectations for a real estate agent are super high. Sarah was very patient with us.

We were in a unique situation where we were not in a rush to find a new home. Sara did not pressure us into purchase any properties despite our search extending beyond six months (2020 - 2021).

She answered all of our questions no matter how small, and she had our best interest in mind when placing bids on properties.

Sarah took in my wife and I after another realtor was no longer able to continue helping us. She helped us refine our search and gave us a fresh path to head on that she continually kept nudging us back on to when we got pessimistic about the market.

When we found houses we wanted to visit Sarah found time in her schedule to get us showings as early as possible, often within 24 hours, knowing the importance of first come first serve... something very crucial in the market.

After we found our house Sarah worked absolutely tirelessly with the legal team, listing agent, and lenders to keep the process moving along and to make sure we got what we wanted. This did not stop at the closing. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy a home!

Sarah helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She worked with us for months. She is very reliable and is quick to respond to your calls, text or emails. She listened intently to our must have and wants and show us housing that had most of what we wanted. She is very knowledgeable about all houses old or new. She can answer most any question that you ask and if she can't answer it, she will find the answer for you. She is a fantastic negotiator She was able to help us get what we wanted for the house and from the sellers. I highly recommend Sarah for your next house purchase.

Sarah was amazing! She is very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. She took all of my needs into consideration, some of which might have been considere odd by another realtor. I was operating on a time crunch and she went out of her way to be creative in reaching out to potential sellers and was able to get me a house I fell in love with on first sight AND the sellers willingly met my needs for a quick closing!

Sarah is the consummate profesional, very sought after yet I never felt squeezed in or rushed.

I truly cannot begin to describe how blessed my family and I are, to have to chosen Sarah Anthony as our Real Estate Agent. In a business and industry contingent on deals getting done, it is awfully difficult to find someone who you can, not only trust, but also count on to put your best interest first. These are two intrinsic characteristics that stand out about Sarah as a person. Now as an agent; Sarah is quite clearly the very best the capital region and beyond has to offer! She is a punctual, diligent, patient & extremely knowledgeable! Sarah has a very robust network of attorneys, inspectors, property owners and sellers making each and every real estate transaction, both buy & sell, very seamless. And I would know, as we are on our 4th deal with Sarah! Alone, we were uneducated and inexperienced homebuyers, with Sarah, we are real estate moguls in the making!
