My name is Sarah Brazell— or “Braz” for short. I live my life by the Golden Rule. In real estate, I believe that means being the type of agent I’d want to work with if it was me buying or selling a home. My goal is to treat each client with enthusiasm and respect.

My specialty is working with first time buyers. Nothing makes me happier than hand holding the anxious types. I also do significant work with sellers who are looking for a full service listing agent. I have an extensive Rolodex of great connections so I can everything off your plate if you need to sell your or a loved one’s home.

In my personal life, I’m in the process of fully renovating my dream home next door to my best friend from college. (Yes, it is as amazing as it sounds…and proof a thoughtful letter to a seller really can work!) I also love shopping for antique jewelry at estate sales, making art, being the weird aunt to my friends’ kids, and taking wild vacations (ask me where my next adventure is!)
