Sarah was such a wonder when it came to buying my first place! She explained and over explained everything to me as many times as I asked. Was extremely patient with all of my questions and hesitations. She even saw over 4 places with me on one day since I had an extremely hectic schedule! She was so kind and accommodating and always had answers for me. She was able to recommend a realtor for my parents out of state and help me find someone trustworthy to handle the mortgage. Amazing experience ❣️

Sarah is incredible to work with! In this crazy market, we were working with her to relocate my parents as well as finding us a new home. Her responsiveness to our questions had us fully informed along every step of the process. Sarah thrives on meeting her clients' needs. We saw many properties but when we lost out due to multiple bids, escalation clauses, etc., it only further motivated her to find us additional homes to review. Not once did we feel pressured into doing something we did not agree with nor did we ever see any frustration on Sarah's part. She listened to our concerns and always made sure we felt comfortable at every step of the way. A true pleasure to work with! Thank you Sarah! Two transactions down, one more to go!

I want to start off by saying Sarah is incredibly amazing at what she does. She is very friendly and hard working. She is extremely attentive and listens to all your preferences and details. She will answer you in speedy manner whenever you have questions or want to go look at properties. We have been trying for a home for quite some time and when buying didn’t work out due to financial reasons she still had open arms on helping us through finding a place. When we were looking for a home we had so many preferences and she would listen to what we liked. We finally got a rental after trying to hard for the past 3 months and Sarah has been great through it all. Stuck by our side and never giving up. When We buy our home in the future we will definitely be contacting her again! Northern Virginia people are thankful to have her. Thank you Sarah for all you do!

Sara Brown is the best realtor I have ever met her patient and Knowledge was a key for us to find the right home. Believe me, we were not easy but she always had a smile on her face and was very fast in responding to us with text or call. And very professional and great on timing finding a realtor with both of these are very hard to find we are so blessed to have Sara as our realtor! She was wonderful!! We already had one experience with a realtor from this company. Wasn’t the most helpful and very rude. But then we met Ms. Sarah. Right off the bat she was so sweet, caring, and SO patient. We are a particular bunch and had specific needs we needed for our new home. And she was super understanding. She was very flexible to work with. Both my mom and I have very odd schedules and Ms. Sarah worked around us.

If we ever have to find a new place, I would definitely come back to her. Highly recommend her for your house hunting needs.
