Sarah Kudelko Calabrese is a Florida native, born and raised in the Belleair Bluffs area of Tampa Bay. Sarah is very familiar with Hillsborough and Pinellas County; she currently resides in Palm Harbor with her husband Doug and their shiba-inu dog, Bagheera. Sarah has two Bachelor of Arts from The University of Florida, in Criminology and Theatre, and has lived and worked all over the United States. As Sarah has been a professional actress, including working for the Walt Disney Company in the Entertainment department, she has even lived abroad in Tokyo, Japan while working at Tokyo Disney Resort. After working for over ten years with The Walt Disney Company in various lines of hospitality, as well as a legal assistant for The Linesch Firm, her career in real estate was a natural fit between client relations and contracts!
Along with her passion for real estate, Sarah’s creative background is evident in her detailed eye for design, and she is a Certified Property Stager to help clients properly stage their homes before they come to market. Her other accolades include a degree from the Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI), and she is also a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, helping seller to perfectly price their homes for a quick but profitable sale.
