Sarah is the best Realtor in the CT area She looked diligently for a place for my family after the home I rented for 8 years was sold by the owner due to COVID. I was stressed out 2 school age children and a dog. She didn't just search to find me a new place she listened to my needs and wants she felt my hardship of refusal and Vowed to not stop until she found the perfect place for me and my family if your looking for a person to put your needs over theirs in this Crazy housing Crisis She's the Best One We need more Sarahs PEOPLE WHO CARE

Fantastic and efficient are the first two accolades Sarah & her colleague, Benjamin Howell both deserve. The ability to be the first to access even the hottest properties meant I did not miss out when other buyers were merely a day late. Sarah & Ben secured the right property with all its thorny issues, and persevered through many hiccups in obtaining data that the seller, an estate, had no ability to access.

You could ask for a better representative to sell your home. She is a very knowledgeable person in her field. We asked Sarah to put our home on market in early March and with in 4 hours it was sold.. She is a very friendly. Not pushy listens to what you ask of her and works with you.
