Being a first time home buyer, I had so many questions. Sarah was extremely helpful guiding me through the whole process and even made it seem easy at times. She took me home shopping for literally 1 afternoon before I decided to put an offer in on the first house Sarah showed me. At the time, it was a frenzied sellers market, Sarah gave me advice/tips to make my offer the sweetest it could be for a seller and my offer was chosen out of 4 others. Sarah did an amazing job helping our family navigate through this incredibly tough market and helped us close on our dream home! We toured many different homes and neighborhoods to find the right one and she was very knowledgeable about each one of them. She guided us through the lending challenges, walk and talk home inspections, and finally closing on our home.
