Sarah and her team were terrific. Would use them again in a heartbeat. I feel like they gave us great suggestions on staging our home and she constantly kept us in the loop as to what was going on with the sale of our house.

We had 80 showings in a weekend and 20 offers on our home. We sold for 10% over list price and felt Sarah a big reason for this. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah has helped us buy our last two houses. She is amazing to work with! She is so responsive, knowledgeable and persistent to do all she can to find and get you the house you want. She really listens to your list of must haves and won’t let you settle for anything less than what you want. She is in your corner and will only try to get you the best deal. We highly recommend her for any buying and selling needs.

Sarah took the time to get to know our family via the phone before our move to the city. We drove all over for us and even FaceTimed us through properties. We felt like she understand our needs in a home and more so, our needs in a neighborhood and part of town. We landed in the most wonderful neighborhood for our family and couldn’t have done it without her. She was always available, understanding of our concerns, professional and proficient working with the sellers and always made us feel included in each step of our buying journey. Beyond that, she is just so fun and the sweetest to see houses with. We highly recommend her!
