We sold with Sarah recently for a cross country move. Sarah was very determined and persistent throughout the selling process and fought hard for us even in a not so great market! Sarah started helping us sell our home in April 2023. We hoped to list our home in the spring, but Mother Nature had other plans. Long story short, Sarah was wonderful to work with throughout all our hail damage delays. We finally listed on August 1 and accepted an offer a few days later. She staged our home beautifully, and ran a 2 day open house. Sarah was friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Matt and I met Sarah through our good friends who recently worked with her to purchase their first home. We knew from the start that we were working with someone we could trust and had the experience first time homebuyers need. We started working with her in June of 2022 and began the process by talking about our budget, location preferences, and the kind of home we were looking for. She did a great job of listening and communicated with us regularly. Sarah even connected us with a mortgage lender that was a great match.
In one instance Matt and I were dealing with a particularly difficult sales person when discussing the possibility of purchasing a new build. She was incredibly professional and patient, but remained firm and advocated for us throughout the entire meeting. We knew from that point on she was really in our corner.
After several months of looking we found the place we knew we wanted to call home. She worked tirelessly to get our offer in and helped us understand the process of going under contract when our offer was accepted. On closing day she was with us as she had been through every other step of the process. It was great to celebrate that moment with her!
Matt and I are grateful for Sarah’s help and genuinely think she is one of the best in Colorado.

I met Sarah as my landlord initially, and she was amazing at that! Responded quickly, cared if and when things were broken in the house, and was kind, forgiving, and understanding when I accidentally did something wrong to the house. Then she became my realtor, and excelled at that! She got me into my first ever owned home, and asked all the questions I didn't know I needed to, and followed up when needed. She asked the questions when I was busy at work, and was all around EXACTLY what I'd want in a realtor. Now I'd like to say we've moved into friends! There's no other realtor I would trust for my next home purchase!

Sarah is da bomb! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and had very little knowledge or comfort when we first started the process. Sarah is SUPER informative and she takes the initiative to check in a make sure we were comfortable and understood everything every step of the way.
