Sarah is incredible and we were so lucky to find her! As first time home-buyers, we were some of the crazies jumping in to try and find a home amidst Covid-19 and soaring home prices. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience into one that was positive and fun!! We never once felt rushed or stupid for asking a million questions. Sarah leads with compassion and this shines through in all that she does.

People think it’s a miracle that we got the home we did, when we did, and at the price we got it for. I say it’s not a miracle— it’s thanks to Sarah!!

Sarah is amazing! It’s so hard to put into words what she did. She made us feel so comfortable and confident that we were going to find the right home for us. And we did!!! She was inspiring to work with because she is so focused , motivated and knowledgeable. I recommend her whole heartedly and if I do this again she will be my first phone call!

I met Sarah at an event where she showed up to help her clients secure funding for buying their first home through one of the local first time home buying programs. She did not have to be there but she was there to help support her clients through the process and be an ally, (she also brought doughnuts!) Because of the support she showed to her clients when she didn't have to be there I gave her a call when I decided to switch realtors.

Sarah was always professional, responsive, caring, and had my back through the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond in helping me get into my first home. She went through the process of scheduling someone to come to my home after my surgery to sign and close all the paperwork on the home, during a pandemic, which was no easy task!

I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a realtor that is down to earth and knowledgeable. - James

Sarah is incredible! Not only does she know the history and layout of the area like the back of her hand (she's a Portland native), but she loves it and loves sharing it. Sarah's super power is helping you figure out what your priorities and desires are in a home, and sticking right by your side through the entire process to make sure you find "the one". She is efficient, professional, knowledgable and makes an overwhelming process feel fun and secure.

Sarah is a complete superstar and amazed me with her care and diligence from day one. She was the first realtor we reached out to, and didn't need to talk to anyone else after finding her. She was amazing with our little girl, and very patient with us as we navigated the whole process of being first time buyers. She helped us to get the house we really wanted, talking us through each step of the way and going above and beyond. She made it fun and easy and even brought snacks. She seems to really know her stuff when it comes to markets, houses and how to win at the whole crazy game. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah made house shopping fun. She listened to what I needed and helped me see the strengths and weaknesses in all of the houses we looked at. When we found my future house, she quickly jumped into action. Sarah explained every step to me and made the process less overwhelming.
She got me a great deal and a beautiful home for my family and I. I was a little sad after we got the keys to my new home because I really enjoyed house shopping with her.

She is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend her.

Sarah is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and we genuinely felt like she was 100% on our team. She was persistent with the negotiation and consistently thorough throughout the entire process--with the inspection, with letting us know what to expect with each step of the process, literally everything. It really took a lot of the fear out of our first home buying experience knowing she was truly looking out for us.
