Meet Sarah, a native Houstonian with over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service. Ten years ago, Sarah discovered her true passion: real estate. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across the region, from Conroe to Galveston.

Sarah’s real estate journey has flourished through organic growth, fueled by referrals from satisfied friends and family. Her expertise spans from assisting first-time homebuyers in finding their perfect homes to aiding investors in identifying promising flip opportunities. With extensive knowledge of Texas Real Estate Commission Contracts and a designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Sarah is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. She’s also a TREC Instructor, continuously educating herself, Realtors, and her clients about Down Payment Assistance Programs, Loans, the home buying and selling process, and even utility services.

Sarah prides herself on providing a "White Glove Service," ensuring each client feels valued and supported every step of the way. Her passion for helping others extends beyond real estate. She actively sponsors events and raises funds for cherished charities like The Sunshine Kids Foundation and the Wounded Warriors Project.

When she's not working, Sarah loves spending quality time with her family at the bowling alley, cheering at baseball games, and indulging in delicious food.
