Sarah Foster

Sarah Edith Foster is a Buyer and Listing Specialist with Meservier & Associates. She is a graduate of Boothbay Region High School and the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in Rehab Services. Sarah Edith is a licensed Associate Broker and joined Meservier & Associates in 2015 as a buyer agent. Before her affiliation with the Meservier & Associates, Sarah Edith managed multiple fitness centers and worked at a local legal firm gaining a unique perspective to real estate transactions. Her prior employment experiences provided some exciting challenges and fine tuned Sarah Edith's management, organization and legal skills. Sarah Edith knew she wanted to be out serving the community and is putting her unique skill set to good use in the local real estate market. Sarah Edith is very involved in her local board of Realtors and was the Androscoggin Valley Council Realtor of the Year in 2023. She has also been the Androscoggin Valley Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors Trustee in 2020 & 2021, Treasurer in 2022, Vice President in 2023, and President-Elect in 2024. Sarah Edith was recently featured on an episode of HGTV's House Hunters Renovation, "The Reno on the Lake" in season 10. She helped her buyers find a second home in which they could renovate to meet her buyers’ needs. Sarah Edith currently lives in Central Maine with her husband and their son with their 2 dogs and 1 cas. They love spending time as a family, exploring the outdoors, building Legos, and being active as much as possible.
