Sarah patiently walked us through every step, took us to every house showing (nearly any day or time!), and never gave any undue pressure in making a decision. We don't live in the area and had to sell this property for my mom. The timing was not good for me, as it was a very stressful time in my life and the idea of getting the property ready to sell was very overwhelming for me. Well I don’t know where to start. We were lucky to find Sarah in our search for a home for our future daughter-in- law who is attending University of Nevada Reno. She was looking for a safe area and something in our price range. Ever time we found a property Sarah showed it that day or the next. Once we found the home we’re were happy with in both location and price Sarah wrote the offer and got it to the seller quickly. Reno homes are not on the market long and we would have missed out had she not been on top of it. That’s just the start. We wanted a 30 day escrow and provided the lender and title company any and all documents and follow up letters of explanation the day they were asked for. Had Sarah not pushed each of the two to keep things moving forward we would not have closed on time. If you are in the market in the Reno area don’t look any farther Sarah is your agent.
