Sarah Kavalier

My mission is to make buyers and sellers smile because they had a genuine, insightful real estate experience with me as the real estate agent. My career in real estate started in 2003 when I joined Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, REALTORS, as a sales associate. I earned several respected designations such as Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS). In 2004 the Northpark "Rookie of the Year" award was presented to me for recognition of my sales and use of company marketing. After 7 great years of assisting buyers, sellers and builders, I took advantage of the opportunity to stay at home with my 3 young boys. As the boys grew older working mom hours was really attractive and two top agents in the Des Moines Metro allowed me to joined their team and help grow their businesses. In 2016 a new position as Homebuilding Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group was created and I went back to working full-time. For the past 4 years I assisted all incoming agents with the start up of their businesses. Currently I am the Director of Professional Development to provide educational opportunities to all 200 of our agents. There isn't a better combination of coaching success strategies with new Coldwell Banker agents and providing my experience to guide home buyers and home sellers in home and shelter needs.
