Sarah Kavanah

Sarah has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). As an ABR, she brings experience and expertise to buyers beginning with the home search, through the negotiation, all the way to closing. She obtained the PSA certification in order to offer a higher level of competency in evaluating appropriate pricing of properties for both sellers and buyers. Sarah works equally hard for her buyers and sellers and more often finishes her transactions with both satisfied clients and new friends.

Sarah lives in Monument with her husband Kevin. Her two grown sons live in Denver – one is an attorney and the other is, of all things, a Realtor! She has devoted time to the community as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). She is a long-time supporter of Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies where she has been fortunate to adopt two of her five goldens and golden mutts. You may run into her hiking along the trails at the Monument Preserve where she takes the present pup most mornings, enjoying this glorious part of the country called Colorado.
