Sarah Keathley

Sarah Keathley was raised in a “real estate family” in Central Arkansas and is a proud graduate of University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Special Education.

Sarah is a local resident of Conway Arkansas; her experience buying her first home made Sarah realize that helping First Time Home Buyers with that exciting and yet nervous endeavor is what she wanted to do! Sarah has teamed up with her mother, Wendy Ferguson; and together they formed The Savvy Realty Team. She serves as a Buyer's Specialist often consulting on financing options that include zero down home loans (please call her for more info); Sarah also serves as closing coordinator and assist with social media marketing for all their sellers.

Sarah loves animals and she volunteers to help re-home dogs that have been neglected and abused. She tutors children with special needs in her free time, and according to my mom, Sarah is a talented singer; ) . . . but seriously she is always honored and excited to sing with the Antioch Conway Church Praise Team.
