Sarah Knoepfli

As a fourth generation Californian, Sarah Knoepfli was born and raised in the L.A. area but after moving to San Diego to attend college at San Diego State University, she recognized that her love for San Diego had made it her new home! After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business, Sarah found that real estate was a natural fit with her marketing background. After attending evening real estate classes while working full time during the day she focused on learning the industry from the inside out. Working for top brokers in the county helped her tool her focus and climb the ranks professionally. Becoming a marketing and sales manager for a top north county broker she was recruited to help open three new real estate offices and brand a new franchise from the east coast to the San Diego market. As the brand manager, Sarah helped recruit agents, ran a relocation team of 15 while closing over 4.5 million dollars in real estate and starting a property management division. In 2013 Sarah joined forces with her father Charles Knoepfli (Broker of Record), to create a real estate company focused on a full-service approach while offering solutions for increased return on investment. To date Sarah, Charles, and their team at Property Connection have helped over 150 clients, buy, sell, renovate, and manage their properties with this approach.

Between the client sales, projects, and management, Sarah’s downtime is spent enjoying time outside with family and friends. Raising two girls that are full of life with her husband Brandon has been a new test in patience and negotiation. The two girls are already exhibiting a discerning eye for real estate and design!
