We recently bought a home in the Carolina Beach area and feel blessed to have found Sarah Kober as our realtor. We have bought and sold several pieces of property, including commercial in our lifetime but have never found a realtor as sincere, hard working and smart as Sarah Kober. She has a wonderful personality, great negotiation skills and was on call anytime we had questions or concerns. She was always patient in our search and met with us several times during our house hunting process. Sarah is absolutely the BEST realtor and we would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a piece of property. She landed our dream cottage in Carolina Beach and we are forever grateful for her outstanding service and friendship.

This was my first time buying a home and I was somewhat stressing out about finding a solid Realtor. I know a lot of people in the area that have purchased homes recently and many of them have had mediocre experiences at best. I was extremely fortunate to have been immediately recommended to Sarah Kober by a close friend. She is very busy and I don't know how many clients she was juggling while working with me, but I can tell you that from day one I honestly felt like I was her top priority. We ran into a few hiccups with my builder and she went up to bat for me every single time and knocked it out of the park. Shes extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, hard working, efficient and most important shes TRUSTWORTHY! Not once did I feel like there was a hidden agenda and I always felt like she was putting what was in my best interest before anything else. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. Good luck finding someone else that will bend over backwards and work for you as hard as she will.
