I have not had great experiences with realtors in the past. When purchasing and/or selling a home, having a realtor who listens, and has your back 100 percent is the key to a great experience. I first met Sarah when she was representing the seller of the home I purchased few years ago. I had a terrible experience with my realtor and was NOT a happy camper when I showed up to the closing table, I remember Sarah had this infectious and reassuring smile that immediately gave me a sense of comfort, and it was at that point that I decided if I ever sold my home, she would be my realtor! Fast forward to February of this year I needed to buy a new home and sell my current one. I called Sarah and she immediately put together a plan of action. She was open and honest with me throughout the entire process. There were a few bumps in the road with my lender, and she was there every step of the way to ensure that I got cleared to close! She understood how important this new home was to me, and at the end of the day she took the time to ensure I got my dream house! She sold my home in record speed and got me to closing for both properties navigating the restrictions of COVID 19 days before everything shut down. She is a ROCKSTAR! She is knowledgeable, she is kind, she is very efficient, and to me she is forever family!
