What a great home buying experiences at District Real Estate. Sarah was excellent in taking care of our needs during the home buying process. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and would recommend Sarah as the agent to seek. This was so different from my last home buying experience what a nightmare. Made home buying a rather pleasant experience instead of a hellish nightmare it usually is. The whole team is pretty easygoing but still professional. And they're really good. If they started a softball team or a pinball league, they'd totally clean up.

Sarah was amazing and so patient with us we used her for the purchase of our new house (new construction) that took over a year a complete and kept us informed and was very responsive any time we had a question or concern. She also was the agent for the sale of our old house after we closed on the new one. AGAIN, She is very communicative and responsive. We would definitely use her again (hopefully not in the near future, unless we decide to start doing flips as part of our business).

Tara Haynes is amazing! We worked with her and her husband Robert and they were both amazing! We were first time home buyers and they definitely helped make a stressful situation less stressful, and were just a joy to be around! After we bought our house we were gifted a welcome mat with a C on it, which we still have out front of our house over 2 years later.
