Sarah was awesome to work with! She is very detailed and always there when we called or needed her. Sarah helped us sell and buy this go around. Selling was the easy part, but in this market, buying was difficult. Sarah was there every step of the way creating many offers for us along our journey. She never gave up on us finding something. Sarah has provided services to me for 2 home purchases as well as a sale for my last home. She is professional and knowledgeable Sarah would always be assessable and would not think twice about altering her personal schedule to accommodate me when necessary. I never felt like I was working with a real estate agent (except for the expertise and knowledge) but felt as if I were running around with a friend looking at homes, etc. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

Sarah was very helpful in helping us find our new home, negotiate the purchase price/contracts, and navigate the home buying process. Her background with appraisals made us feel confident in our offer price and we feel like we got a great value for our new home. She was always available for questions and always responded to us very quickly. She also had a great pulse on the market in Baltimore County and was able to quickly line up a number of similar homes for us to walk through. The whole process went very smoothly and we can't thank her enough. If we ever decide to move, she will be our first call!

Sarah was wonderful! She is very helpful and knowledgeable about houses and the market. She worked with me for an extended period of time to find the perfect house for me. It is my first house and she we patient through the entire experience. Explained everything and helped me learn what I really wanted in a house, what I didn't need and walked me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. Even after all was said and done, she stayed in touch to make sure everything was working out. Highly recommended! To anyone looking for a house in her area, do not hesitate to contact Sarah!
