You can tell Sarah Miller enjoys her job! From the moment I met her, she treated me like family. I knew she would guide me through this process. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, but more importantly, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. She thoroughly explained everything I didn't understand. Most realtors meet you at the property, we rode together for all viewings, making it easier to have a discussion about each property viewing. She pointed out certain discrepancies and taught me alot about what to look for in purchasing a home. I could write an entire novel about how remarkable her service.

Escrow was a nightmare. I cried so many times, but Sarah always went above and beyond. Her endless word or encouragements and prayers helped tremendously. She made my experience pleasant despite all the challenges that came along with purchasing my home!

Sarah goes above and beyond to guide her clients through a comfortable homebuying experience!!

My partner and I were first time homebuyers, looking to purchase a home in an unfamiliar part of LA County. Everything about the homebuying experience was daunting and new, so finding Sarah at one of the open-houses was a blessing. From first meeting her, she made us feel comfortable and gave us new information about the homebuying process. She kept in touch without ever being pushy, always listening to what we wanted. She gave us tips only an experienced realtor could have helped us with, which eventually got our offer accepted in a really tough market.

Escrow was stressful and terrible experience, but Sarah walked us through it step by step so that we didn't feel so lost and so we wouldn't be taken advantage of. She flagged items that were out of the ordinary and soothed our fears about common issues. Even after escrow closed, Sarah continued to help us communicate with the sellers and facilitate the process.

When the time finally came to move into our home, Sarah surprised us with a beautiful gift basket welcoming us into this new chapter of our lives. It was the perfect way to announce on social media that we had taken this step.

My family and I are so grateful for Sarah and her expertise!
