I had worked with 2 other realtors before being referred to Sarah. The housing market was moving very rapidly and my previous realtors were unable to spend enough time to keep up. Sarah was more than willing to jump in and help me find a house.

Sarah accompanied me on several home tours, and walked me through making several offers on houses. Sarah even put an offer in for me on very short notice to make a final offer deadline. Sarah had great suggestions on making reasonable yet competitive offers.

After get an offer accepted, Sarah walked in through the inspection and mortgage process and was with me on the closing day.

Sarah is a dedicated professional whom I would recommend to anyone looking for home in the metro Detroit area.

We first met Sarah when we were looking for a rental home . She was very responsive and made the rental process very easy. When it was time for us to buy a home we went back to Sarah. She is very enthusiastic, reassuring and patient. After looking at dozens of homes we were discouraged but she always said we would find our house! She worked with us for approximately a year before we found our home. She rearranged her schedule for home viewings and worked many late nights making offers for us. Even through this Covid19 pandemic she assured us that we would close ontime and negotiated all the various ups and downs from inspections to appraisals all the way to our drive-up closing. She also connected us with a mortgage broker who took care of our mortgage needs. Her partnership with the mortgage broker made the home buying process so much easier! I would highly recommend her as your real estate professional!

Really can’t say enough about Sarah! She helped my husband and I buy our first home in November of 2017. She was there to take us to what felt like hundreds of houses, answered our thousands of questions. If she didn’t have the answer, she got right on the phone or email to figure out the answer. She had many tips for us in regards to homes purchasing, neighborhoods, etc. We were so happy she was our realtor and that we found our house, but sad our house hunting journey was over! Sarah was great during 2 home purchases and a home sale. My husband and I weren't exactly seeing the same thing as to what was important for our home to have. This made us look at MANY homes. Sarah met us at any time we asked to see something. My husband and I worked opposite shifts and had limited windows of time for viewings.
