Sarah Pritchard

As the founder of the Pritchard Homes Team, Sarah prides herself on bringing many years of real estate knowledge, experience, exceptional customer care, and marketing expertise to her clients so they meet their real estate dreams. Sarah’s interest in real estate started when she was incredibly young. As a child she loved going to open houses and pricing out homes as they drove by to see how close she was to the list price. She would run home, jump on the internet (waiting for AOL to dial up) and check to see how accurate she was…at age 10. After years in real estate, her pricing strategies are still spot on! When Sarah graduated college, she knew exactly what kind of career she wanted – one in Real Estate. The diversity and unique story of each home spoke to her, and she loves knowing that there is truly a home for everyone. Sarah has always loved learning the “why” behind someone’s home – the memories they have from their childhood home, raising their families, searching for the perfect “forever home,” or working on designing new construction homes. Being able to include all of that in our marketing makes our approach so unique.

Sarah grew up in Fairfield’s beach area for 25 years and graduated from the University of Rhode Island where she received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and Early Childhood Education. Today, Sarah and her husband live in Trumbull with their sweet daughters and black lab. When she’s not marketing homes or prospecting to find buyers their next home (one that may not be for sale just yet!), you can find her on the boat, at the beach, hiking or hitting the parks with the girls, cooking or baking gluten-free, and relaxing by a fire with a good glass of wine and great friends!
