Sarah Riggs

Sarah was born and raised in Denver and has really enjoyed seeing her hometown continue to come to life. She is thrilled to see so many people from around the country realize what a beautiful place Colorado is to call home and the growth that brings. As a Denver native, her passion for the city is strong! Colorado native Sarah earned a Business Marketing degree from CU Boulder/Metro State before jumping into Real Estate. Her clients benefit not only from her local market knowledge, but also her years of Real Estate experience and enthusiasm to be their best advocate.

She loves collaborating with people! She feels such a great responsibility in assisting anyone to find a place to call home or sell a place they have once called home. She also knows what a difference her role in that process can make. Sarah’s strength lies in her ability to communicate, especially listen, on a personal level to understand her clients wants and needs so she can best advocate for them. She has an infinite appreciation for humor and playfulness. She also value work ethic and is dedicated to supporting her clients and collaborating with them to achieve their desired outcome. Making the home buying or selling process as enjoyable and efficient as possible for all parties involved is her personal and professional goal!

When Sarah isn't helping folks make smooth moves and investments, they’ll likely find her exploring her neighborhood, Skyland/North City Park, with her super cute daughters, entertaining friends and family, or tackling an interior design project.
