Sarah Rock

Sarah is a “Wash-ashore” with a huge love of the small-town life and community pride that comes with living on the Cape. She got her start in St Croix and spent the bulk of her formative years in Memphis, Tennessee. With a Southern draw and love for the sun and ocean, Sarah made her way up the Eastern seaboard, stopping in Connecticut for 10 years and then Rhode Island where before she met her husband while on vacation in Mashpee. Starting in 2010, she became a full-time resident here on Cape and would not change it for the world. Laying down roots in Mashpee has helped her to create a wide network of local business owners and tradesmen which was the beginning of her extensive referral network. Sarah’s career history provides her with a creative flair and strong business background.

Sarah attributes a love for real estate to her mother who had a short-lived career selling homes while she was growing up and her love for home improvement and decorating. In 2017 she made the leap into a full-time real estate career and launched her company, Rock Realty, powered by Keller Williams Realty the #1 company in real estate. She is skilled in marketing, negotiations, technology, training, and communication. She strives to provide excellent communication, attention to details, local expertise, and a smooth transaction for both sides in every deal.
