Sarah Shirk

Sarah attended the University of South Florida before beginning her career in sales and human resource management. Her passion for helping people, networking, and big cities brought her to the Philadelphia area in 2016.

Prior to joining SDG, Sarah began her real estate career in October 2020 as the Administrative Director for a prominent commercial real estate team in Philadelphia. Her extensive background in operations and HR management helped guide her team to run more efficiently and increase sales volume.

Now licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida, Sarah is a key member of the Acquisitions team at SDG with a heavy focus on our South Florida development opportunities. Sarah is also an active real estate agent through SDG Management in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. In addition, Sarah assists our leasing team by leading tours of prospective tenants.
