About Sarah

Sarah Smith grew up in a small town outside of Boston called Sturbridge Massachusetts. She went on to receive her undergraduate degree from Lynchburg College in Virginia where she played 4 years of competitive tennis. After graduating from Lynchburg, Sarah decided to move to Hilton head South Carolina for one summer to see what she thought. Sarah was no stranger to Hilton head because her grandmother had been on the island since the early 90s and Sarah frequently vacationed to the area with her family.

Like many other islanders, Sarah fell into the wonderful trap we Like to call “paradise”. She completed her Masters degree I’d Education at the University of South Carolina Beaufort campus. Shortly after she graduated, she landed a spot as the director of member services at Wexford plantation where she would continue working for the next five years. Sarah worked very closely with local realtors helping promote the community and it was in that role when she decided that she would someday have a future in real estate.

Sarah started with RE/MAX Island Realty in the summer of 2016 and earned rookie of the year her first year, with over 4.5 million in sales. Sarah has a strong work ethic and continues to focus on her customers needs. She enjoys a good challenge and loves working with people to help negotiate the best deal possible. Sarah’s love for the island is evident in her work – Paradise is an an easy sell! Sarah would absolutely love the opportunity to work with anyone who is interested in buying or selling in the area. With RE/MAX being in the industry leader coupled with an extensive marketing approach to real estate, Sarah is sure to exceed your expectations every step of the way.

Sarah lives in Jarvis Creek club with her husband Alex, her two kids Landon and Harper and her dog Bosworth. Sarah enjoys working out, going to the beach, cooking, traveling and of course working every chance she can get!
