I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Steneman when my family and I were looking to purchase a second home in Steamboat, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences, and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.

What impressed me most about Sarah was her deep knowledge of the market in Steamboat. She was able to bring things to our attention that we hadn't even considered, which saved us potential headaches down the road. Sarah was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the rental restrictions in the county, which was critical for us since we also wanted this home to be an investment property.
