Sarah is not only an expert in the business herself but she truly sets herself apart from other agents. She knows how to explain things so that no matter your current level of understanding of home buying, you will be able to understand. I work in banking and Sarah was about to share things with me I didn’t know before! But also make it super simple to understand. As a first time homebuyer, this takes so much anxiety out of the process! Thank you so much Sarah for helping us find the perfect home for our growing family. She even had a photographer come to take pictures of us getting the keys to our new home!

Sarah is a very professional real estate agent and was very helpful throughout the home buying process, including after close of escrow. She responds very quickly and is knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges. She also has many helpful referrals for things like inspections, insurance, and getting things fixed. As first time home buyers, working with Sarah was the absolute best experience! She helped my husband and I find the perfect place and got our very first offer accepted! If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further! Buying a house (especially for the first time!) can feel quite overwhelming and Sarah is the partner you want in your corner. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Sarah was able to get our very first offer accepted, which is unheard of in the current competitive market. Short story - Sarah is the best!
Long story - I had a complicated situation with a familial transfer which was all paperwork. I reached out to several realtors and real estate lawyers, all of which either wanted to charge me a percentage of the sale or didn't really understand what I needed. I contacted Sarah via LinkedIn. We had some mutual connections so I reached out to her. She understood immediately what I needed and only charged me a flat rate for the paperwork involved. She took all the issues I had and got them all handled. Responsive, communicative, organized, all of it. As we went into the process of title and escrow, there were some complications that came up. Sarah and her team handled all of them with ease. I highly recommend Sarah as your realtor! I closed today on the old family home and I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Sarah. I am definitely going to be using her for any future real estate transactions!

When I started the journey of purchasing my first house, I was terrified. Houses were being sold so quickly and I wasn’t sure how I could compete. Sarah alleviated all my worries and helped me for months to find the perfect fit. She helped guide me on when to be aggressive with offers, and when to know when to walk away. I’m a first time home owner as of 12/2019, and Sarah was a wonderful real estate agent. She knows the hoops and bounds of the process, the neighborhoods all around SD, and she’s very honest with her clients. Not only does she take care of side line documentation, she’s always available for the important points in escrow which for a first time home owner can be very anxious.
