About Sarah

Sarah Woppman grew up in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, where she attended high school and met her husband, Colby. In 2017, Sarah and Colby made the decision to relocate to Arcadia to raise their three boys—Kai, Oliver, and Walker—embracing the small-town, hometown feel that DeSoto County has to offer.

Before moving to Arcadia, Sarah built a strong foundation in marketing and sales, which eventually led her to obtain her Florida Real Estate License. While working as a Real Estate Sales Associate, she sought to expand her knowledge of the construction side of real estate and returned to school for Electrical Technologies, graduating Cum Laude in Fall 2022.

Today, Sarah brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, marketing experience, and construction knowledge to Town & Country Properties. She serves as both a full-time Realtor and the Lead Support Staff for the TCP team, assisting the entire brokerage with day-to-day office operations, marketing initiatives, and growth and development. Her passion for serving others and deep roots in the community allow her to guide clients with care, confidence, and integrity every step of the way.
