Extremely proficient. Does not waste buyer's time trying to inundate the buyer with unwanted junk. Instead makes an effort to find what the buyer wants and negotiate from there. quite careful to ensure that the contractual matters are negotiated within deadlines and to the satisfaction of the buyer and seller. When unable to immediately answer a question, researches the issue and then gets back to you with an answer.

It's true what they say about an agent being a therapist. We had a bid before we even put the house up. Great! Right? Well not if the buyer does not have their act together. Did not have their financing in order, horrible communication, money unaccounted for, etc... etc... dragged out for a month what should have been a couple of weeks. They opted out, I received the earnest money, the whole time being schooled by Sari as to the ins and outs of what I thought was a relatively simple transaction. Hold my hand is an understatement. Well, it happened again. Second buyer went from one lender to another, then from conventional to FHA, from ten days due diligence to twenty, then twenty-two, a total of 4 extensions. She actually had to help a totally unprepared agent with her paperwork. We finally closed two weeks later, and once again, Sari had made it possible, (sometimes explaining things to me 2 or 3 times) to get the deal done. I was frustrated. Sari was professional. Well done. Thanks.
