Most importantly, we never felt pressured to rush our decision--she helped us find the right place, and guided us through the process. We would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

After 40 years of living and loving our wonderful home it was time to sell. My husband and I asked around the neighborhood for recommendations and without exception Sassy’s name kept coming up with glowing reviews. We met with Sassy and shortly thereafter decided to put the house on the market. This decision was made on a Thursday in November and the house sold four days later. Our experience with Sassy was short and very sweet. She saw to every detail in record time and was the total professional.

Sassy Jacobs is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond to help us buy our first house! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood. She is incredibly responsive and very flexible to the clients needs (as a first time home buyer I was anxious and she was more than happy to meet me two days in a row at 7:00am to look at the house again). Also as I am not from the area, Sassy is from DC and has extensive knowledge of the areas and an extensive network, which comes in handy during this process! Sassy is an incredibly hard worker, was no frills about what our needs/budget were, but she is also kind, incredibly funny and easy to get along with! I can honestly say we owe getting our perfect first home to her.

Sassy knows how to maneuver the ins and outs of a real estate sale to get you the highest price, quickly. While she made sure that our house looked great for the sale, she is particularly good at navigating all of the post agreement negotiations, which are very important. She is also just very pleasant to work with and has common sense and good judgement. I highly recommend her!!
