If ever in the market to sell or buy a home, Saundra Peters is THE agent you want as your representative!

Moving to a new state and finding a place to live can be very overwhelming. I contacted Saundra and shared my concerns about buying in a seller's market. Her response, "Say less, let's go find you a home." Our journey was no easy feat.
Multiple offers denied, but we kept at it. Leaning on my faith and trusting in God, I did not give up.

They say patience is a virtue. Today, my dream of becoming a homeowner is now a reality. Saundra is hands down one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the DMV market and will definitely exceed your expectations.

Saundra worked with my family remotely and in person to find our house. She is very open minded and flexible with her clients and is a true professional that does not sugar coat any aspect of the process. My wife and I are particular about what we want in a home. She made every effort to find homes that fit that billet and utilized our weekend house hunting visit as best as possible. Saundra is responsive and professional as a realtor but the quality that she offers above others is a honest personality that is concerned with the wants of the client. 10/10 would recommend calling Saundra.

If you are looking to buy a house, don’t hesitate! Saundra Peters was an amazing agent to work with. We were purchasing a house from out of state and she was a tremendous help! We picked out a weekend and she took us to see tons of houses, back to back, suggesting some along the way as potentials based on our feedback. While we didn’t get a house that weekend, she continued to look for houses for us while we were back in Florida. She did facetime calls and gave us honest feedback on if she thought this was the house for us. She was quick to respond, polite, and professional. She answered all our questions and if she didn’t have the answer she found it for us. Loved her honesty and how she wasn’t pushy. Would work with her again!

I worked with Saundra Peters to sell my home and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I received multiple offers the first few days the house went on the market thanks in large part to Saundra’s incredible work. Saundra showcase my house online, which created much more foot traffic and bought in serious buyers. She provided suggestions on how to stage my home, which helped in making it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing skills were top notch and can’t be beat! I hired Saundra in Oct of 2020 with intents to purchase in spring of 2021. Saundra stayed consistent in contact while we were debating locations , leading up to the spring she began to contact me more frequently, updating my preferences and showing me even more options that I may not have thought of myself. We offered on two homes in today’s hot market before we found our forever home. Saundra helped us sort out the details of how we could make our over stand out over all the others!
