His background includes real estate sales, property management and marketing. Sam exhibits outstanding customer service, communication, and negotiation skills. As a result of his successful career as an agent and property manager, Sam has produced an impressive roster of satisfied customers.

This includes management of single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, apartment buildings, office or industrial space, and association management. A longtime resident of the Dundee area, Sam grew up in Carpentersville. Prior to starting his career in real estate in 1999, Sam was an airline mechanic for United Airlines. Sam’s interests include spending time with his family, running, music, sports, travel, reading and coaching middle school wrestling.
