Working with Savino DiLernia was an amazing experience! As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions and fears about the process, but he made this the best experience ever! After renting for many years, I decided that it was time for me to find my own place in CT. I contacted Savino and since the first moment we chat, I felt extremely comfortable working with him. He was very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and diligent.

One of my main problems was my tight schedule, but he was extremely understanding and flexible, and he made sure to schedule showings during the times/dates that were more convenient for me. When we were looking at different properties, he would give me not only the ‘general’ details that you get from any agent, but he would also assess the conditions of each of the houses we visited. It was incredibly helpful because he would tell me about potential issues or hazards, what would I have to change/fix soon, and even give me suggestions on how to improve different areas (based on my needs and preferences). It was like walking around with an inspector and a home contractor at the same time!

The house market was quite difficult, but he was very optimistic and helped me focus on finding the right house and making a decision at the right moment. After a couple of weeks, I found the one. Once we placed an offer and it was accepted, he wisely negotiated some repairs with the seller’s agent and I was able to save a lot of money. The entire process was quite smooth and I cannot be happier with my decision to work with him. At the end, I found a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood, and I learned a lot thanks to him!
