Scheryl was incredibly knowledgeable about the Philadelphia rental market and was tremendously helpful in helping me and my brother find a great Rittenhouse apartment for our mom. She is detail oriented, responsive and always accessible.
She also gave us an excellent referral for a relator in the Poconos to assist with the sale of mom's house.

This house was in the estate of a friend. As the executor, I received excellent and extremely detailed focus and support for every stage of the project from my realtor, Scheryl.
Her professionalism and patience during a lengthy clearing and the required repairs was invaluable. During the last stage before listing, her experience and partnership with me provided cost-effective freshening and staging. The result was a good potential home for new owners that sold in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price for both parties.

Scheryl made our house dreams come true and helped us to do it in a way that made us more financially secure than we thought possible. My wife and I are artists of modest means and we couldn’t imagine living in the gorgeous home that we do now. It is in a perfect location for us, just 2 blocks from our daughter’s fantastic public school. Scheryl put her extensive experience and far-sighted vision to work for us to make the seemingly impossible happen. She understood us and our financial picture and she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Buying this home required a lot of moving parts, including staging and renting our existing home on a very short timeline as well as thoughtful negotiations with the sellers of our new home. Scheryl was expert at seeing how all the pieces in the process might work out in our favor and insisted on doing things thoroughly and correctly at every stage. And she was right there every step of the way in helping us to get things done. Her generosity and grace helped us to feel grounded throughout the process. With her and her amazing team we trusted that we were doing the best job possible to buy our house, but never overreaching. We were content in knowing that whether things worked out or not, we did exactly what we could to make it happen on terms we could afford. For each of the last five years we enjoyed a week with our family at Seabreeze on Sunset in Cape May. During this time we met Scheryl the owner and manager of Seabreeze on Sunset. The house is well maintained and is perfectly located to the beach, the town and a bird sanctuary. Scheryl is a wonderful, caring person. She is easy to talk too, very professional and always available if the need arises. During Covid, Scheryl went out of her way to make us safe and comfortable.
