4 years ago my husband and I went on a quest to buy a home. We had an infant and we thought it was time to jump the rope into ownership. We were clueless as to what the process actually entails. Therefore we contacted the professionals at “Group41 Realty LLC” to guide us through everything and our lives has changed for the better. They went above and beyond in helping us. From guiding us to repairing our credit, Then applying for the loan and being there in every single open houses. When our offer got accepted, they also guide us through the inspection, attorney, insurance and even the closing process. You name it and they had a solution for it. When our bank agent was being extra difficult and I was SUPER FRUSTRATED, they took over to make sure everything was done accordingly so we could move on time so we didn’t have to renew our lease. I thank them for making this experience as smoothe as possible for my family. So if you are in need of something or anything (Tax, buying or selling) don’t hesitate to contact them because you will be in good hands as they know the ins and outs of this business.

My husband and I have worked with Schubert from Group41 Realty for over a year looking for our first home. He was helpful, knowledgeable, INCREDIBLY PATIENT with us and made sure we saw all the posting we were interesting in, May it be far or near. He understood what we were looking for on our first home and help us along every step. The best part about working with Schubert was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, getting us a house in our price range, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.We would recommend him 100%
