When other realtors didn't come through, a happy accident happened. While trying to reach Ponce & Ponce's office I dialed Scot Hamm's number instead. Scot right away stepped in went above and beyond and followed through. He did an amazing job helping me find a home in this crazy market, also he was very professional, positive, and over all very patient dealing with the lengthy process and my loan officer, ooh now that's a different story, KUDOS!.
I couldn't be more pleased that Scot was the one to help me find my new story book home.

My Realtor Scot was amazing , I moved from Texas to California were things are a little different far as Real estate is concerned, Scot was very patient with me, when every I had a question, when I phone are text him it was always fast responses , he had no problem explaining and answering any questions I had , he is the best , if your looking to purchase a home i highly recommend Scot Hamm as your realtor

Scot was awesome to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and quickly learns the likes and dislikes of his clients.
