Scott is and has been an Owner, Buyer and Seller of Luxury Homes, Investment and Commercial Real Estate properties for over 20 years. He has been in the investments business for 30 years. Scott brings to every real estate transaction he works on the determination, the tenacity and hard work to succeed, and the confidence that comes from years of experience in the field.
Today he has joined the fastest growing company in the area, Coastal Properties Group/Christie's International, in order to use his experience to help other Luxury Home buyers and Real Estate investors through the process of finding, buying and selling their perfect home or investment property with confidence and ease.
Scott has owned luxury homes, apartment buildings, small hotel properties, extended stay properties, mobile home parks as well as numerous other income producing properties. He believes that having owned and operated such a variety of properties gives him a unique advantage when advising clients on purchasing, operating and selling their properties.
Never satisfied with his level of knowledge, Scott attends educational seminars, professional conferences and workshops, and regularly networks with successful investors.
His single focus is to consistently provide the highest quality advice and service to his clients.
Scott loves the Florida lifestyle. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out at the gym, kite boarding, and boating. He also serves the community volunteering his time to a variety of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County and Boys and Girls Club of America.
