Scott Benedict

Scott Benedict is a commercial real estate agent that specializes in the hospitality industry, land development and investment properties. He is the President and Broker-In-Charge of Charleston Commercial Specialty Group located in Charleston, SC.

Scott has been a resident of the Charleston, SC area since 1990 via Nashville, TN and has had a background in real estate and the construction and historic restoration industry for over 25 years.

Some of his projects included Ryman Auditorium-Nashville, TN (Home of the Grand ''Ole Opry), Biltmore House-Asheville, NC, Calhoun Mansion, Huguenot Church, & Dock Street Theater-Charleston, SC.

He holds membership as CCIM Candidate having fulfilled all educational requirements for certified Designation, Charleston Board of Realtors, CID, ULI (Urban Land Institute), ULI Real Estate Development Certification Program, and is South Carolina General Contractor License holder.
