About Scott

Scott Benincasa was born and raised in Danbury, CT. From a young age, Scott has always had a passion for hard work and business. Since birth, Scott was in and around the real estate business, which was taught to him by his mother Phylliss. At the age of 18, Scott embarked on a journey to start his own Home Improvement business specializing in flooring and home renovation services. Scott’s expertise and passion for this helped catapult him into purchasing real estate and other businesses. Today, with a vast real estate holdings portfolio from single family, multi-family, to commercial, Scott has learned the art of negotiating through his own properties. Scott has negotiated leases with Subway, Toll Brothers, Avis Car Rental, Mill Plain Package, and these are just a few to name. Scott has taken the same approach to selling real estate on behalf of his clients as he did with his Home Improvement business. Scott is and continues to operate his other business and holds many state and city licenses through Connecticut and New York. Scott is also EPA certified for lead. Scott’s greatest accomplishment is his family. Scott has two wonderful children Tatiana and Milan and an incredible wife Natalia. The entire family is fluent in Spanish.
