Scott Benson

A creative and self-motivated professional, Scott Benson embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork that characterize the greatest real estate agents. Born and raised in Atlanta, he spent his career working between both sides of the U.S., but he always felt that home was on the West Coast. Now, he helps others find the perfect place that they can call home too.

Scott has a degree in journalism and spent many years working in TV, film production, and advertising. Scott led the advertising and production department at Turner Broadcasting and, with Warner Bros., he produced and directed over 22 award-winning documentaries. In Scott’s extensive film career, he had the honor of filming interviews with hundreds of Hollywood icons as well as civil rights pioneers and advocates. He was thrilled to constantly absorb their wisdom, and he humbly attributes much of his success to the insights he has gained from others.

Scott’s transition to the real estate industry originated as a hobby. He enjoyed the process of buying and selling properties and eventually turned his part-time passion into a full-time career. He obtained his real estate license in 2019 and now makes it his mission to help clients find the right home to fit their lifestyle. He especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, retirees, and couples wishing to relocate to the area for a more relaxed lifestyle.

Outside his career, Scott is happily married to a pilot and resides in Moss Beach. He enjoys skiing, tennis, and the occasional round of golf, and he is enamored with the beauty of the outdoors. He also serves on his local high school’s health and wellness committee, which creates important programs used to meet the physical and emotional needs of its students.
