Work Experience
Scott has been in the commercial real estate field for over 10 year following 16 successful years in the computer software industry, working for firms such as Sunguard, SAS and SAP, until deciding to move back to Montana. He has negotiated a wide range of transactions including leases, leases with equity participation, build-to-suits, purchases, sales and sale/leasebacks. There are only a handful of commercial-only brokers in Montana so brokers are required to be knowledgeable in all verticals from industrial, retail, multi-family and office, and work with local and national clients, alike.

Mr. Blumfield graduated from the University of Montana in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
