Mr. Bresnahan responded quickly to our messages, was very accommodating to our schedule and provide us with great information about the process of purchasing a home. I feel that he was honest and didn't rush us in finding the home but wanted us to really find the one we were looking for. We not only found a great home but also a great investment. Once we found the home, he walked us step by step in the process of completing the purchase. We had a great experience.

Scott made this process on finding a home and the process of buying it very easy! He got us a beautiful home that we absolutely love. He even went out of his way when showing us houses via FaceTime and offered his honest opinion on each house. This helped us so much as this was our first time buying a house. We flew to Jacksonville to look for a house and Scott met us with a builder and helped to walk us through all of our options. He knew EXACTLY what we wanted and what to show us. We looked at 4 houses and bought one that day. Scott worked with us all throughout our long-distance commute to make sure that we knew what was required each step of the way and made our buyer experience as pleasant as it could have been. I hope to never buy a house again, but if I do Scott will be my agent.

Scott was amazing during this whole buying experience. From the beginning he responded immediately to all my questions, texts and emails. We closed on a Condo in 3 weeks and it was thanks to his help, expertise, advice and hard work that everything was done correctly, fast and professionally. When I approached Scott to help me get my home sold, he immediately stood out as being significantly more helpful to me than other Realtors I had used in the past. He was diligent in making sure I understood the market conditions and all of my options. He gave me clear information that allowed me to make smart decisions about price and kept me fully informed about showing feedback and market activity during the time my house was for sale. In reality, it was Scott who helped me see that I needed to change my marketing strategy after 90 days on the market. With his help, that change in marketing strategy yielded multiple offers in 2 weeks and it was his skill at negotiating that got the final sale to the closing table early. I highly recommend Scott. He’s knowledgeable, patient, experienced and provided exceptional service. I would refer him without hesitation.

We found Scott while looking for a new home for my Mother, she was looking to downsize and get into a better location that would suit the needs that were involved. Scott was understanding of the needs surrounding us and was very patient in dealing with 3 different generations. Once we made our purchase some time lapsed before we were ready to sell her former house, which Scott listed for us. Unfortunately, we didn't get it on the market until the fall when things slowed down a bit due to the holidays coming. We had some offers come in, but nothing that was of interest and fortunately we were not pressed in a had to sell situation. Scott continued to work on the marketing and finally came in with a viable offer and the deal was done. Scott's ability to walk us through the different steps all along the way and his patience with our situation was a big help.

My husband and I were attempting to help a friend get his home sold. The home was in pre-foreclosure when Scott was able to reach out to our friend and give him information to help him. While our friend was not very responsive, Scott stayed on top of the situation. Ultimately the plane fell through, but during the whole time Scott maintained professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Scott Bresnahan is a consummate professional, gave us the most up to date information on the current Florida market when others wouldn’t or didn’t know what was going on. We were Out of State buyers from Washington State and due to travel restrictions at the time we were unable to be there in person. Scott was there for us every step of the way, wasn’t pushy, laid out the ground rules, gave us realistic expectations and even explained all the important financial aspects of buying during a “Hot Market”. As an Active Duty service member I truly appreciate accurate and current information and Scott delivered, and even though we were in different time zones Scott made himself available anytime we had a question or concern.

If I had to do this all over again I would most definitely would if Scott Bresnahan is my realtor!!

It was a pleasure working with Scott. He is a wealth of real estate knowledge! He is easy to speak with. He always somehow manages to answer the phone right away even though he is probably super busy. That's a rare practice among real estate agents these days. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in Fleming Island, Orange Park or the Jacksonville area.
