If you are looking to buy a House 🏡 and do not know where to start.
Scott is the best person to reach out.
We were in a process of looking for a House and worked with couple of Realtor agents, I must say we were not satisfied and I could see much much difference in working style since I was already working with few others.
Scott gets complete requirements and answers every small question you have very patiently.
We were first time home buyers since, were very anxious in the process. Scott knows which houses to show you after getting the requirements.
He showed us so many houses and takes personal care like researching about the House(previous owners history, environmental issues around the area, schools, any previous deaths, permit issues, etc. He went to the Houses, personally before showing to us. He made the process easy for us. Always available one call away. Very professional as well as friendly to work. We were so happy we found Scott as an agent.

Scott is awesome!!!
We were in the process of upgrading our primary residence and planned to rent out our existing home. We provided a fully executed rental agreement to our lender. We were towards the tail end of our closing and our lender blindsided us just a couple of days before our closing date as asked for a 1007 rental appraisal. We reached out to Scott in a state of panic to get a few appraiser contacts. Despite not being our agent, Scott was extremely helpful and provided me with an appraiser's contact who was able to provide the 1007 rental appraisal in 24 hours.

As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were excited, but certainly anxious as we started looking for our future home. The whole process is a giant whirlwind of forms, appointments, loans, and signatures that it would make any average person throw their hands up in exasperation. However, working alongside Scott made the process as easy as 1-2-3. He went over and beyond when it came to simplifying the entire process for us so that not only did we understand what was going on, but also felt at ease from the minute we found our home to the second we got our keys.
