About Scott

After teaching school and coaching in Arkansas for a few years he wanted to go where sports were big. His wife would not move to Texas or California, but the Florida sun was always something she loved. He was blessed with an amazing job at North Marion High School where he coached football, baseball, and wrestling. He became the Athletic Director and eventually Assistant Principal at Marion Technical College.


He has always enjoyed real estate and when the opportunity arose, he decided to join his son to help grow Carpenter Realty Group. He enjoys people, talking, visiting, and making new friends. He looks forward to meeting new people and helping them meet their real estate goals.
