He has earned a reputation by analyzing the strategies necessary to obtain the desired results. In addition to brokerage, Scott has extensive experience with Property Tax Appeals

After obtaining his BS Degree in Aeronautics, Scott began his career as a Satellite Operations Engineer for a large defense contractor. He later obtained his commercial pilot’s license and started his own business as a Property Tax Consultant working with commercial property owners such as Ebay, Security Public Storage, Great Western Bank and Washington Mutual Bank and was very successful in mitigating his clients Property Tax expenses. He has experience in construction, inspection and development. This experience led him to pursue his career as a Retail Investment Broker who leads complex negotiations for property leases, acquisition and sales for his clients.

Scott currently owns and manages his own commercial portfolio which makes him well suited for Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing. He thrives on analyzing every area of possible problems while keeping timelines short for a win-win resolution for all parties. Scott is currently a CCIM candidate.
