Scott Coddington is the owner and managing broker of Pulse Real Estate Group, a Colorado-based brokerage built on character, integrity, and results. A third-generation real estate professional and Colorado Springs native, Scott has served buyers, sellers, and investors across the Front Range since 1997.

Scott specializes in guiding clients through some of life’s most important real estate decisions, including first-time home purchases, investment properties, military and veteran relocations, new construction, luxury homes, distressed properties, foreclosures, and short sales.
